An excellent film with a well paced plot, excellent dialogue, and a balance of comedy and drama. Apart from the chase scene at the end, it was good to see Colin Farrell in a more subtle role. However, its Brendan Gleason that really steals the show, in my mind. Definitely worth fighting the crowds at the Landmark to see this.

Deja Vu was a movie that moved me in more ways than anyone could know..........I easily placed myself in the main character as Mr Scott created a clear vision of a scientifically impotent concept of time travel [just not enough believable feedback - I guess it would have taken another half-hour of interdimensional theory] as we become well aware that this Kool-Aid society apts to take a simple route towards entertainment. "Denzie" had the expectant dazz and brilliance...but it was the young idealistic scientist character[his name leaves me - but that ain't hard-lol] that hubbed the true essence of the storyline - he just doesnt have the "GLITTER" factor. I truly appreciate characters that take that chance to "DARE 2 DO YOU"......Gorgeous co-star [names....oh so hard on the brain!!]......A VERY believable talent. I dedicated this movie to the person who could enjoy it the way that I did.........Teda, I know you were watching it with me babe!

Anyone remotely interested in seeing this movie will be much better served by watching the 1954 Bugs Bunny cartoon "Baby Buggy Bunny" from which the Wayans not only borrowed the premise of their movie, but lifted several visual gags shot for shot. After this disgrace, if the Wayans are going to remake another cartoon as live action garbage, I might pay to see the movie where they must chase after a much funnier and more talented actor while the Wayans are repeatedly shot out of canons into mountain sides, blown up, run of cliffs, run over by trains and shot into the sky tied to the exterior of a rocket. For fear the Wayans may actually think that is a good idea, let me clarify and say, no I would not really pay to see that.

Where, oh where, have you movie guys gone? Believe me, King's Ransom is a legit reason to abandon movies forever. But it's the season for good movies now, so how bout a triumphant return?
